Whitehouse Construction has been busy putting in a curtain drain in Durham to protect a residential leaching system from surface water drainage. Directing the surface water away from the leaching field helps to improve/preserve the field, so it can function more effectively.

Whitehouse Construction has been building a big spreader bar to handle rain water coming off a hill side on a commercial construction site in Middlefield.
This was an engineered solution designed to handle the water flow, disperse it and prevent it from causing wash out. In this picture the spreader bar is partially complete as the excavator works its way out backwards.
